Insight is great, but it doesn’t always have you living your life differently. In individual therapy, we’ll take that insight deeper for the healing, then turn it into actionable steps in your relationships and daily life.

Support for Life’s Biggest Transitions

I specialize in life transitions such as career change, empty nest, divorce or breakup, health issues, trauma, grief and loss, social change, menopause, and spiritual identity shift.

I utilize a holistic approach to anxiety, depression, and somatic complaints, such as headaches, stomach upset and digestive issues, exhaustion, and other ways stress and pain can show up in the body.

This work is for clients who are ready to go deeper with their healing, uncover patterns, and begin creating practical, doable steps toward a more joyful, authentic, and aligned life.

A Holistic Approach to Therapy

So often therapy and personal growth focuses either on healing the past, gaining personal insight, or learning new skills. All of that work is valuable. But it can be incomplete when it ignores the body and soul altogether.

In our work together, we will address your life holistically and explore your values and dreams on all levels of consciousness: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

Depending on your needs and goals, our work may include:

  • Talk therapy

We will discuss your goals and regularly measure how far you’ve come to achieve them. You may be assigned homework between sessions, because this work is not just about what happens in therapy. It’s about how you begin showing up differently in your life.

Typically, we meet weekly for approximately three months and assess from there. Sessions can be either 60 or 90 minutes.

Individual Intensives

Individual Intensives are also available and typically include three or more hours of intensive “breakthrough” work on specific patterns, traumas, or issues.

These sessions are designed for deeper focused work when you are ready to explore a specific challenge, pattern, or transition in a more concentrated way.
